Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?
Daniel Murray: After years in strategy and management consulting, I saw far too many great strategies fail due to poor people leadership. As a mathematician myself, I realised that many people like me have strong analytical skills but lack the ability to deeply empathise and engage with others. I've studied and researched psychology, neuroscience and behavioural economics to develop simple, pragmatic tools that leaders can use to improve their empathy and drive performance through engaged people.
