Great Companies: What makes Blink Strategic Solutions different from hundreds of other Corporate Training firms?
Bhupendra Singh:
We offer training and intervention programs across all levels of the organization. Our approach is to understand the root cause for which training is required. Our team of experienced facilitators work closely with the client in designing need specific and result oriented training program. This is done through interactions with relevant stakeholders across the organization.
We gather inputs from HR, business heads, supervisors, and the participants who will be undergoing the intervention. A synopsis of our interaction is presented with appropriate session plan for maximum effectiveness. The program is then designed and delivered to meet the specific objective. The intervention is monitored, and overall training effectiveness is measured.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Bhupendra Singh: Learning and development is often considered as an enabling function and not all organizations proactively plan their training strategy. Moreover, emphasis is given to the functional and technical training over behavioural and leadership programs. Technical programs enhance employee’s on-the-job skills to perform their work more effectively. On the other hand, behavioural programs are equally important to keep employee’s moral high, motived, spirit of working with a team, bounding, conflict management, managerial skills, leadership traits to drive the organization and many more aspects of individual which significantly and directly contributes to overall organization’s culture. Keeping this in mind, the need to connect and partner with HR and leaders is equally important to build a holistic organization where every employee is consciously contributing to company’s vision, goals, and values.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Blink Strategic Solutions?
Bhupendra Singh: Learning and development as a function has evolved over the years and the strike of pandemic have made it evident that only survival of the fittest with right skills and knowledge. The Work-from-home and work-from-anywhere have blurred the boundaries. Virtual learning is the new normal. Though we cannot eliminate the effectiveness of in-person training, a hybrid mode of intervention is the way ahead. Blink Strategic Solutions has evolved over from delivering impactful training programs to consulting and proposing the essential training program based on organizations business vision and goals.
Our vision is to enable organizations by building a culture of people skills and knowledge that will thrive not only business growth but also every employee’s, individuals, and stakeholders associated with them.
We plan to expand our training and development services from pan India to globally. We have delivered result-oriented online program with same impact as in-person training. Building on this expertise and our experienced facilitators we are planning international programs for both in-person and facilitator based online training.
eLearning is another aspect on which we are building our expertise, we plan to standardize content which are required for entry-level and some at senior level. This will help HR to plan and track their employee’s training progress and effectiveness.
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Bhupendra Singh: Generating business idea is exciting, starting a business could be easy but being persistent and sustaining the ups-and-downs is required to be in the game. Follow your gut an keep the spirit of learning and growing with each passing day. Being a training company, the only thing that keeps us going is the knowledge. Gain it and implement it correctly for the best of your company and for the society at large.
