Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

Asheesh Bhimsaria: Have been into sales and had spent almost 2 decades in different industry segments. Market observation / understanding: People were generally unwilling to take onus on numbers (Sales)


While there were several consultants, trainers for Sales there were very few who were willing to take onus on the delivering numbers;


Businesses in general had a different connotation on marketing and sales. Most of them considered marketing as advertising which is an expense. Hence the focus was only on Sales. They fail to understand the significance / influence of marketing on sales.


Hence conceptualised an idea to partner with the manufactures with a purpose to take onus on their sales.

Asheesh Bhimsaria: Partner with the manufactures and manage their international sales (Exports). We conceptualise their brand story for effective marketing communication.


Great Companies: What makes NeoPro Sales different from hundreds of other similar service providers?

Asheesh Bhimsaria:

We work on an exclusivity basis meaning we do not work with the competition of the brand that we partner with. This gives them lot of confidence and trust to work freely with NeoPro


Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?

Asheesh Bhimsaria: The biggest challenge that I face is the business owner’s perception towards Sales. Most of them have a notion that now since they have allocated Sales, their numbers (Sales) will skyrocket within a month or two. They fail to understand that since they have not done any marketing, their market is unaware of their brand hence it will take time for the sales to close. Since the sales person has to first do the brand marketing.

Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for NeoPro Sales?

Asheesh Bhimsaria: Extremely cautious while partnering with the brand; Partner only with the niche; 5 years down the line – NeoPro Sales will be respected brand amongst the merchant export firms in India.


Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Asheesh Bhimsaria: A discipline to ensure Consistency in efforts. Most importantly – patience to strive for excellence.
