Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?

Arun Patil: Being passionate about computers and technology I started up building foundation of my company after completing my graduation in Physics and Mathematics in the year 2000.

Great Companies: What are the various services and products provided by your company?                      

Arun Patil: We started our business with primary products like Desktop, Laptops and Servers we gradually developed or emerged with products like Biometrics, Wireless CCTV for radius up to 3 km also helping our client with his backup for Data Storage and ensuring securities like Firewalls. Companies interested to setup themselves in India could get support and technical help from us. We can set up their operational offices.

Great Companies: Why should one choose you over others in this field?

Arun Patil: We are a decade ahead in technology with all solutions. We have a team of senior engineers who have accompanied us since the establishment of ARP. We at ARP successfully helped MNCs and well known Indian Companies with setup of their server rooms and branch offices PAN India.

Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?

Arun Patil: We started ARP with zero capital, thus in earlier days it was challenging for us to operations of our company, but we altogether as a team stood strong in the growing market of technology. Being in IT market we faced many economical ups and downs but we tackled it with some of the best ideas for our clients.

Great Companies: What do you think are the few main things which are most important for a

successful business?

Arun Patil: First and foremost we need a capable and experienced satisfied team. As when our team is satisfied and cheerful with the company's day to day upbringings then and then only our customer can be satisfied with our services. Upgrading our technical knowledge well in advance will always help company to grow in changing market conditions.
