Arun Luthra: As I am technocrat we need the freedom to explore my ideas , which is not possible in job , so my passion gives me courage to start the business.

Great Companies: What makes Amerging Technologies different from hundreds of other equipment manufacturing companies?
Arun Luthra:
As we have the inhouse Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics and Software team, create the eco system in which we can deliver latest technology, high quality system. We were the first in India who manufacture 3D parts for fermenters, we collaborated with top diagnostic company in India to developed world first multiparameter POS system which can measure more than 16 tests on single machine.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Arun Luthra: As we are into three different segments sustain with all, and make all our client satisfied was challenge to us. Without investor and no bank loan we completed our 11 years.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Amerging Technologies?
Arun Luthra: As I am dropout from collage and seen the education system which is only making money not delivering the education so I need to create the eco system where next generation can have the hands-on experiences.
In next 5-year need to make our own state of art infrastructure where I can provide free industrial training to next generation.
