Archi Vira- Founder of Archi's Dance Academy

Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea? Archi Vira: I have been performing and doing stage shows since i was 6. Shri.Anandji Shah took me in his troupe as a dancer and my journey as a dancer started. But i was always keen on teaching and sharing my knowledge to people. So my first project of choreographying 150 students happened when i was 13 years old. In 2008 i gave a name to my company and dreamt to make it a brand some day soon. Since then I am teaching and conducting workshops for all age groups.

Archi Vira: Knowing more than 9 different dance styles and catering with all ages groups we conduct dance sessions, online and offline. Choreographying weddings and corporate events. Providing creative solutions for Ads, Music videos and Shoots. Providing professional dancers for entertainment purposes.

Archi Vira: Having more than 10 years of experience in this field and working with few famous choreographers of the industry has taught me a lot. Teaching special kids has made me calm and paitent which is very much necessary in our job. Being an advertising and media student adds value to my profession when it comes to shoots. And a team of 6 people standing with me, making my work smooth.

Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face? Archi Vira: Cost has always been every businessperson's problem. Clients want A quality work but are not ready to pay for the same. Great Companies: What do you think are the few main things which are most important for a successful business? Archi Vira: Maintaining client rapport even after the work is done. Keep updating yourself and learn new things. Most important stick to your commitments and provide good quality work.
