What challenges have you overcome to reach where you are now
Biggest Challenge for any women in professional life to maintain balance between professional and personal life. We women have this innate ability to manage multiple things at the same time. It is only when you push yourself to the limit that you achieve something great. I continue to believe in something that my mother taught me, always give 100% to the task at hand, do the best in present and future will take care of itself. So, although I wear multiple caps, I am mother, wife, homemaker, entrepreneur but what I ensure is that I wear just one cap at a time. When you feel that you are competent enough to handle your work/ business where company was facing challenge and at the same time your home and child need you as full time time mother… It becomes really difficult to manage work/life balance… but proper management of time make it really simple.
What message you want to give for other aspiring women entrepreneurs
My Advice to women attempting to join the workforce is that First identify that why you want to work.. There must be some goal which you want to chase… . Keep learning an try to develop new skill .Manage your time really well so that you can update yourself with whats happening in market…. Get connected with your network …Work/Life balance is really very important and you can manage it only if you are physically fit.. Spend sometime with you.. Exercise, Yoga, Meditation whatever suits you.. be a problem solver of people around you..
To what do you attribute your success
I learnt so much from mother and my “Golden Rules for Living” directly came from there and helped me succeed in my life.. Always try to help others, Keep learning, Do what you love. Surround yourself with people who believe in you and your dreams.
