Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Anisha Singh Motwani: A self-taught marketer, Marketing has been in my DNA since as long as I can remember. Having always been in Marketing ( My career path started at Bennett & Coleman with Radio Mirchi, moved onto the Reliance ADAG Group with Big Fm in the pre launch phase where we were able to take it to the no.2 position in Kolkata within a span of 6 months post launch, to the ABP group where marketing to, the youngest brand of The Telegraph and other sub brands was my core responsibility) it was only a natural progression when I saw a different world opening up online.
Great Companies: What are the various Services provided by Q.E.D ( Quite Easily Done )

Brand building is our forte and since we’re digital marketing geeks, creating an impactful story appealing to the right audience is pretty much Quite Easily Done
Great Companies: What makes Q.E.D ( Quite Easily Done ) different from hundreds of other Digital Marketing firms?
Anisha Singh Motwani:
Unlike other firms which make content the king we believe the consumer/audience is the king! Also we do understand the need for a 360 degree marketing approach, no matter how strong your digital presence is. Even an Amazon needs the front page of the TOI to attract customers.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Anisha Singh Motwani: Like any business we have also had our share of ups and downs. Some have been lack of trust and faith due to landlords and others while other struggles have been clients who simply do not understand social media nor have the trust in us. However we haven't been afraid to take the challenges head on, even giving up on certain clients who we felt did not understand how the digital space worked, didn't give us the space and trust and therefore there could never be a synchrony between us and them.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Q.E.D ( Quite Easily Done )?
Anisha Singh Motwani: The plan is simple. To do better work and put Kolkata on the map of digital agencies in the country. Being in Kolkata, clients look outside it for agencies which is something i hope i can change.
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Anisha Singh Motwani: One piece of advise would be difficult but if it's only one then i would say that - Listen to your gut! It never lies!
