Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Amit Tiwari: Many companies provide digital services for their clients, but still, there is a lack of platforms that could offer all-in-one solutions. Being alumni from Nagpur University and an ex. Technical Head of Think Inc., I had realized this problem very closely. While working in Think Inc, I noticed that the company's IT vendors were not keeping their promises. Finding a knowledgeable and reliable IT staff was hectic and expensive. This technical skill gap gave me a idea to start a company in IT which primarily focuses on client satisfaction.

Amit Tiwari: InnoSewa offers complete digital services to its clients. They can handle all sizes of IT operations, including servers, internal networks, or emails. The company is based in New Delhi and has a moderate client base.

Amit Tiwari: We offer everything that our clients ever require to grow online. We act as all in one solution serving digitally.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Amit Tiwari: We faced a lot of competition in the market, as of now IT space is swamped with many different services that finding your place here is very hard. Especially after COVID-19, everyone is moving in this field, but InnoSewa is one of its kind. As most companies are launching their IT products/services which they are asking people to get subscription or buy product but we are not selling anything. We are simply providing the best in class, and our simple approach sets us apart from the rest.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What do 5 years down the line look like for InnoSewa?
Amit Tiwari: We are planning to increase our all over world presence along with starting units in Education & Gifting.
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Amit Tiwari: Wrong decisions can double the experience, and correct decisions can double your confidence…So do not worry in either case... just go ahead.
