Amb.Emmanuel Bello: idea was gotten based on what is happening in Nigeria especially Africa we need good leadership who can help people in local Communities to benefit, so we make sure we ensure good governamce/Leadership in promoting justice , Unitiry , Peace , & Progress,,also to developed youths brand that strive towards the restoration of self esteem, patriotism and sense of national purpose among African Citizens.

Amb.Emmanuel Bello: Humanitarian Services , youth development, sports development, capacity building, good governance Propagation.

Amb.Emmanuel Bello: Because it helps to formulate & implement policies and programs that will ensure the preservation of environmental integrity and to ascertain the regeneration of natural Resources

Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?

Amb.Emmanuel Bello: Eradicating illiteracy but we try to overcome it by providing free quality education across all levels as well as to improve health services for citizens in various communities.

Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Anchor Minds Initiative?

Amb.Emmanuel Bello: Our plan in the next 5years is to keep assisting citizens in identifying , selecting leaders through proper orientation in various local communities and to maintain security & promote mutual understanding of religion, cultures, traditions and heritage of various communities.
