Great Companies : How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

Aishwarya Wagh: I grew up in family where everyone is working and doing business my mom is teacher and i saw her running an academy since childhood , my brother and my father is running a successful business of milk and sweets , while growing up i knew i will be my own boss too and my passion towards arts and creativity gave me the confidence to start my label, i owe my journey of becoming an Entrepreneur to my family


Great Companies: What are the various services provided by Flying Birdie

Aishwarya Wagh: we are inclined more towards Indian craftsmanship, block printing, tie and dye, lucknowi embroidery etc . before independence india was known as golden sparrow, usually said that "we paid our gold for the freedom". talking about Gold, our true Treasure is our culture, our Art, our Tradition and our artisan who preserved our craftsmanship & the traditional techniques over 2000 years, Through my brand i am trying to keep our golden Tradition alive





Great Companies: What makes Flying Birdie different from hundreds of other similar service providers?

Aishwarya Wagh: Flying birdie is clothing brand for Kids & Womens wear , i believe fashion is something that you are comfortable wearing, something that will give freedom to your soul, It is the nostalgic feeling when u wake up in morning and start your day by picking a good outfit that makes you happy throughout the day; we are giving such Designs that bring you the positive and peaceful vibes, which will make u feel free as a Bird.


Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?

Aishwarya Wagh: Journey of starting Flying Birdie was a Dream that i saw every day since my childhood. I somehow manifested it to become my reality. whatever challenges i faced while leading this brand, i never gave up on it and this one attitude of serving my passion always keeps me going, the most challenging part of running a business was hiring a passionate team who will devote himself towards it just like i did, i picked all my team very wisely, few more challenges such as balancing between job and my dream , i struggled here the most i remember traveling to the another city for exhibitions and on second morning going back to my job during my initial days.

Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Flying Birdie?

Aishwarya Wagh: My plan to Grow is nothing but serving the best quality to my consumers which will impact them to be our genuine customers. 5 years down the line i see Flying Birdie at big fashion shows like London, Paris & New York. also my dream is to see my store at malls and shoppers stop for better coverage

Aishwarya Wagh: Freedom is choice, choose wisely ! Open your doors that will lead you to ur path, set your Goals, Dream it & try to achieve it. only you can write your story
