Aaditya Singhal: With a rich corporate sector experience of more than 18 years in the IT sector, finding, attracting, hiring, and retaining the best talent for companies / individuals is difficult, especially for small to medium-sized enterprises. This is the main factor which has forced me to launch a small-medium size company in 2016. From a team of two members, we have grown to over 40 and we are working towards a head count of 100 very shortly. We know that only one thing has made it possible - our focus towards your needs.

My aim is to provide IT consulting and solutions for the next-generation technology business models around the world. With a comprehensive intelligent system across diverse industries and domains, our team is dedicatedly working for the client's project to turn it into the most successful and high-performing organizations with their low budgets and connect them with the appropriate talent which they require.

Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?

Aaditya Singhal: The initial phase was very challenging as it was very difficult to bring customers with them and how could they trust us financially or technically. As I think, the biggest challenge in a start-up company is to recruit good candidates, support the company, and trust the employees in the company. Without good employees companies do nothing. As everyone wants to go to a big company. But I would like to say to all the employees who feel humiliated to join a small company, they must know one thing, every big company started a small start-up at some point and later became a big company.

As usual every customer wants to take interest in reputed or trusted brands, which can never be a fresh start among thousands of big branded companies because they are too big like an elephant. We asked all the customers to do the work for you and then paid us. We said "We will take payment from our customers only when they are 100% satisfied with our work". And it really worked for us and it was a really good learning experience with many customers. We always focused on what they really need and what we are giving them. With persistence and excellent service, our customers achieved top results and paid us big.

Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line TGSane Technologies Pvt. Ltd.?

Aaditya Singhal: In five years I would like to expand my horizons by jumping in feet first and expanding my company as much as I can, as quickly as I can, with Team TGSane.

I would like to become a more trustable and reliable Brand name in the world with trusted values, Trusted Brand globally. We are planning to expand our team as well as clients in order to serve more and more in an efficient manner, among other things. We are planning to extend our services to more international markets.

Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Aaditya Singhal: I would love to say to all our new Start-up partners, they should have a Goal, a Vision and Right direction. Your Right direction will always take you to the top, which is the key to Success. Don’t be afraid of any failure or any kind of hustle in life. Never Give up, be Consistent and Honest in your Efforts and always believe in yourself.
