Interviewer - Can you provide me with a description of your business?

Jai Valvani - We are a young, vibrant and new age recruitment company. We do end to end recruitment for all of the hiring needs for each of our customers. Our recruitment teams are deployed at customer locations to represent the customers and take the requirement from approval stage to on boarding.

Interviewer - How did you get started in this business?

Jai Valvani - With over a decade of experience in recruiting and having experience of setting up different business units of a global recruitment company; we realized that there is dearth of good recruitment companies who can effectively help and resolve recruitment challenges being faced by most employers in India.

Interviewer- Why do your customers select you over your competitors?

Jai Valvani - We have experience of managing over 70 Strategic Recruitment Programs in the country and the fact that we fulfill our customers hiring needs with SLAs at every stage of recruitment life cycle. We also dedicate full time recruiting teams for the customer hiring needs at the customer locations.

Interviewer- What are the biggest issues for running this business?

Jai Valvani - This is a people's business. People (Recruiters) hire people (Candidates) for People (hiring managers). Because of the people element, there are too many variables that make it tough and challenging to fulfill the hiring needs. Hence, there is a need for deep interaction between people to understand needs, expectations, interests and limitations.

Interviewer- What suggestions would you like to give to the young budding entrepreneurs?

Jai Valvani - Go Deep. Recruitment is not a keyword based business and definitely not CV Sending business. Recruitment is a serious commitment to understand everything in depth and generate the required outcomes in defined timelines.
