1.Breaks: working continuously is tiring. Giving employees a short break once or twice a day for can help them relax. Breaks can allow them to feel refreshed and can interrupt the monotony of work. Their efficiency can be restored by giving short breaks but being too liberal with breaks can disturb the working environment.

2.Laughter therapy: sharing funny videos, jokes or currently trending memes in the office can lighten the mood and help workers cheer up. Putting up jokes on notice boards, or mail ids once in a while is also a good idea. Laughter is after all, the best medicine for beating stress.

3.Refreshments: by ensuring constant supply of coffee, tea or cool drinks to your staff you can help them stay calm throughout the day. People when well fed work better giving the workers refreshments or simply giving them the time to go and have something can help them stay energetic and active and beat stress.

4.Talk it out: providing employees with the opportunity to share that they are feeling stressed or under pressure can help them cope with it better. The HR department, for example, can set up sessions with employees so that they can share their problems and can get some suggestions on how to deal with it.

5.Music therapy: Listening to music can have a tremendously relaxing effect on our minds and bodies, especially slow, quiet classical music. This type of music can have a beneficial effect on our physiological functions, slowing the pulse and heart rate, lowering blood pressure, and decreasing the levels of stress hormones.

6.Space: designating a common space or a common room for employees to relax, grab a coffee or snack or simply chat can help them shed some load.

7.Meditate and stretch: sitting at a desk all day in front of a computer or with hoards of files not only physically wears out a person but also mentally drains them. Mediation for a couple of minutes with some light music can help the mind feel rejuvenated and a few stretching exercises can physical freshen up the body.

8.Organize your work station: a cluttered desk can never let you think clearly. A well-organized work space will not only be soothing to look at but also reduce the stress cased due to daily hassles of not finding your papers or stationary or charger.

9.Aroma therapy: Soothing fragrances of essential oils or simple incense sticks can help you relax and unload some pressure. Lighting a couple of aromatic candles at your desk or diffusing some essential oil in the air conditioner vents of the office can help.

10.Understand the trigger: realizing the pattern (if any) of stress can help beat it. Keeping a journal or reviewing at the end of the week what caused the release of stress hormones can help you to deal with it in future much easily.
